We stand behind our products and are strong believers in customer satisfaction and service, You may return damaged goods for a refund of the original paid amount at any time within 7 days, starting the day after receipt of your goods. All Edible Products are Non-Returnable. See specific product exclusions and disclaimers below.
Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items – If you have a problem please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order. Please ensure you contact us prior to returning your items, as we will need to provide you with a Return label to stick on your package. Without this, we will be unable to process your return.Although we do everything possible to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition, very occasionally items may get damaged during transit. If an item in your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately stating that the item in question is faulty and send us a photograph of the item clearly showing the damage, so that we can resolve this for you.
If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item as part of your order (i.e. an item that differs to the one you ordered), please follow the same process and contact us as soon as possible with a photograph of the incorrect item. If you do not receive all of the items that you have ordered please let us know so that we can look into this further to see if this may be arriving in a separate delivery. Depending on the circumstances we may ask you to return the item. In instances such as this, we will refund your return postage costs.

- Securely package item(s) in original packaging, including documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration, etc.
- Please stick the return label on your package (we’ll provide this to you via email or phone when you contact us to arrange the return).
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Refunds are made to the original method of payment used for your order usually within 10 business days of package receipt, excluding postage costs.
- Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in “sellable” condition).
Exceptions to returns are listed below :
- Where security tags exist on products, carefully inspect the product before removing the security tag. Manya Marketing will not accept returned items where the security tags have been removed.
- Edible items
- Bespoke made to order items.
- Manya Marketing will not refund mailing costs incurred in returning the goods.
- Goods must be returned to us in an “as new” re-saleable condition. It is advisable to use a trackable delivery service, or at a minimum obtain a proof of posting at the post office in the unlikely event the goods are lost in transit.
